Polywhalecopy does not provide financial, investment, legal, gambling, tax, or trading advice. The site does not place orders, hold funds, custody assets, or tell users to trade. Scores, grades, summaries, and flow labels are research outputs only.

Data accuracy

Data comes from public market and wallet activity and may be delayed, incomplete, cached, misclassified, or changed by upstream providers. You should verify any important fact independently before relying on it.

Eligibility and compliance

You are responsible for understanding and following the laws, platform terms, and geographic restrictions that apply to you. Polymarket documents restricted jurisdictions for order placement; Polywhalecopy does not help users bypass those restrictions.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Free accounts include the limited features described on the Pricing page. A new eligible customer can start one seven-day Pro trial. Unless cancelled, the selected subscription automatically renews after the trial and at each billing period. The payment method is charged in USD at the price and interval shown during checkout, plus any applicable taxes.

You can cancel future renewal yourself through the Polar customer portal linked from the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and paid access remains available until that date. Refunds may be issued at our discretion through Polar. Request one by emailing hello@polywhalecopy.com. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Polar as merchant of record

Polar is the merchant of record and the seller for all purchases. Payments, receipts, and invoices come from Polar rather than Polywhalecopy. Polar provides checkout and subscription management; Polywhalecopy does not store complete card details.

Product changes

Features, scoring, data coverage, and availability may change. A material change to a paid plan or its price will be communicated before it applies to a future renewal. We may remove access, correct data, or change ranking logic when needed to improve quality or comply with platform and legal requirements.
